Online orders may take up to forty-eight hours to processes and ship out. Once your order has been completed through shipping, ATS Tactical Gear's shipping department will notify you by e-mail. For any orders placed after 1:00 p.m. central standard time we are unable to guarantee the order will go out that day. All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. on Friday will ship out the follow business day. Also refer to section 10 under contact us section of the website for Holidays that affect normal business operations. Please keep these factors in mind when selecting faster shipping method. To ensure your package will be shipped that day to meet a certain arrival date, we recommend calling in your order to our customer service department at 1-800-639-5938 option 3. |

All in-stock merchandise from ATS Tactical Gear will be shipped
immediately upon receipt of the order and verification of the
credit card transaction on orders that total over $100.00. If
any portion of the order is not in stock, the items that we do
not have will automatically be placed on backorder. Partial
orders totaling over $100.00 will be shipped (with the exception
of international, Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii) and when the last items
become available, they will be mailed immediately with no
additional shipping expense. NO PARTIAL SHIPMENTS ON
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. |

Shipments to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses must be shipped
via USPS priority mail at the UPS Ground rates. |

**NO PARTIAL SHIPMENTS** International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes
and any additional freight charges. There are no partial
shipments on international orders. Orders being shipped out of
the United States are shipped via the United States Postal
Service Express service. Alaska and Hawaii will be sent USPS priority
unless otherwise requested. We hold the right to correct your shipping charge if the
wrong shipping method was selected. For Example: Selecting UPS
Ground Shipment for an overseas order or selecting ground to
Hawaii. |

We are required to collect tax on all shipments to Kentucky.
Applicable state and local sales tax percentages will be added
to your order. For all tax-exempt customers, we are required by
law to have your signed tax exemption or resale certificate on
file. We must charge you sales tax if we do not have this
documentation. |

You may always return your purchase to ATS Tactical Gear within
10 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the items are
returned to us in brand new condition. It makes no difference to
us why you would like something to be returned, but it is
important that it remain in a condition in which we can supply
it to someone else. Items which are not in resellable condition
may not be accepted for return or refund. We assess a 35% restocking
fee on all return items.
Please be sure to include the ATS Tactical Gear shipping invoice
which accompanied the purchase when you return it. This is
important not only as proof of purchase, but it helps us credit
the correct account upon refund. Returns that are not
accompanied with this important documentation will be
refused. Refunding of shipping charges is up to the discretion of ATS Tactical Gear's customer service department at 1-800-639-5938 option 3
We do not accept returns on body armor. The package will be
refused.

No backorders will be taken on items showing on special. These
item are limited in stock in certian colors and sizes. Customer
service will contact you by E-mail if the item is no longer in
stock when the order is placed. Customers can also contact
